This policy explains what KLE Capital LLC does with the information you send through kle-capital.com. KLE Capital LLC is a software company based in New York, United States.
What we collect
What you type into our forms. Our contact form and consultation form ask for your name, email address, company, how you would like to meet, and whatever you write in the message box. You choose what to send us. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information through this site.
Standard server records. Our hosting provider records routine technical information when a page loads, such as the IP address and browser making the request. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics software on this site.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out a form.
How we use what you send
We use your message to reply to you, to schedule a consultation, and to carry out work you ask us to do. If you become a client, we keep using your contact details to run that engagement. That is the extent of it.
Who else handles it
Running a website means a few companies process this data on our behalf. Each one is bound by its own agreement with us and may only use the data to provide its service:
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server records described above.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the inbox where those emails land.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox while the conversation is open and afterward for our business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we have to keep it to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
How we protect it
The site runs over an encrypted connection, form submissions travel encrypted, and access to the inbox is limited to people at KLE Capital who need it. No system is perfect, so we keep what we collect to a minimum.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California, the EU, or the UK, you have rights over your personal information under laws such as the CCPA, the GDPR, and the UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, and object to our use of it. We honor those requests regardless of where you live, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is meant for business use. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
